For this home, we removed the cape roof and added a complete second floor, an addition of 1200 square feet including a luxurious two-story kitchen.

For this home, replaced existing outdoor deck with paneled three seasons room to create a space that can be enjoyed throughout the year.

Here we removed the back half of an existing cape garage and master suite, raising ceilings to 9 feet and adding a luxurious new master suite which included a full bath. We also added a second story cantilevered sitting deck.

KITCHEN RENOVATION

SILVER LAKE 

For this kitchen, we added all new custom alder cabinets, granite countertop and bamboo flooring, keeping similar design elements of Frank Lloyd Wright architecture. We then removed a portion of a wall to create a more open feeling.
